Why a link instead of a poll
A poll in the group chat works for a week or two. Then someone votes in last week's poll, the new one scrolls away under the photos, and you count heads by hand before every session.
The group link stays the same all season. It always shows the next session on top, who is in, and how many spots are left. You post it once and then only the weekly count.

Questions people ask
- Do members need an app or an account?
- No. They open the link, type their name once and tap in or out. There is nothing to install, no email and no password.
- What happens when a member gets a new phone?
- They open the same link and tap their name in the member list. That connects the new phone to their name, and their answers stay where they are.
- How long is group data kept?
- As long as the group is active. A group with no activity for 12 months is deleted with all its members and answers. You can delete the group yourself at any time, and members can leave from the phone they joined on.
- Is it free?
- Yes, one group is free, with answers, plus-ones and the last 8 sessions of history. The Host Pass or Lifetime adds a spot limit with a waitlist, tracking who paid, the full history with CSV export, more groups and a co-organizer.
- Does it send reminders?
- No automatic reminders. You get a ready-made text with the next date, the count and the link to post in your group chat. Members can add a session to their calendar.
- What if more people want to come than there are spots?
- With a spot limit, the first people to say they are in get the spots and everyone after them goes on the waitlist. When someone drops out, the next person moves up. They see it the next time they open the link.
- Can members see who paid?
- No. Members see who is in and who is out for each session. Whether someone paid is only visible to you and your co-organizer.
- Can someone answer for someone else?
- Anyone with the link can tap a name, so share it with the group only. As the organizer you can change any answer, remove members and create a new link if the old one got around.
