Quinceañera Invitation Wording: 23 Examples to Copy

• Thomas

A quinceañera is part birthday, part church service, part wedding-sized reception, and the invite has to cover all of it. Mass time, reception venue, who the padrinos are, and a reply-by date early enough for the caterer.

So here are 23 examples, sorted by the kind of celebration. Pick one, change the names and the dates, and keep the reply-by line. At the end there's a short note on what to include and how to send it.

What every quinceañera invite needs

However formal the wording, guests look for these:

  • The quinceañera's full name, and her parents' names.
  • Date and time of the misa, with the church address.
  • Reception venue, start time, and whether dinner is served.
  • Padrinos, if you're naming them.
  • Dress code, if there is one.
  • How to RSVP and by when.

Quince receptions are often catered per plate, so the reply-by date matters more than at most parties. Set it three to four weeks before the day, so there's time to give the caterer a final number.

RSVP lines that get answers

The invite sets the tone, but the RSVP line decides whether the caterer gets a number. A few that work:

  • "Please reply by May 15, the caterer charges per plate."
  • "Let us know how many will attend, children included."
  • "Tap the link to confirm. No account needed, it takes ten seconds."
  • "Favor de confirmar antes del 15 de mayo."

Name a date and say why you need it. Then make replying easy.

Sending it

Quince invites often get printed, and the abuelas love that. The replies are the hard part. They come back as a call to your mom, a word after church and a WhatsApp message three days after the deadline.

Send a link as well. With the free quinceañera invite maker you put your wording on a card, share one link, and guests reply with their name and how many are coming. Plus-ones are counted, and you can download the card to print a few. No signup for guests, and the headcount updates as replies come in.

If you already have a card and only need the replies, the quinceañera RSVP page does that part on its own.

Enjoy the waltz :)
