Choosing Your Theme
We've designed themes for every occasion:

Selecting Your Font
Each font creates a different mood:
Modern (Inter)
Clean, contemporary sans-serif. Perfect for corporate events or casual gatherings where readability matters most.
Elegant (Playfair Display)
Sophisticated serif with beautiful curves. Ideal for weddings, formal dinners, and upscale events.
Playful (Nunito)
Rounded, friendly letterforms. Great for birthday parties, kids' events, and casual celebrations.
Classic (Merriweather)
Traditional serif with timeless appeal. Works well for anniversaries, reunions, and traditional gatherings.
Custom Invitation Titles
The default "You're Invited!" works for most events, but sometimes you want something special:
- Wedding: "Together With Our Families..."
- Birthday: "Let's Celebrate!"
- Baby Shower: "A Little One Is On The Way"
- Corporate: "You're Cordially Invited"
- Holiday: "Join Us for the Festivities"
Enter your custom title in the "Invitation Title" field. Leave it empty to use the default.
How to Customize Your Card
Step 1: Navigate to Invitation Card
From your event page, click the "Invitation Card" button in the sharing section.
Step 2: Choose Your Theme
Click any theme swatch to preview it instantly. The card updates in real-time so you can see exactly how it will look.
Step 3: Select a Font
Pick the font that matches your event's personality. Watch the preview update as you switch between options.
Step 4: Add a Custom Title (Optional)
Type your custom invitation title, or leave it empty for the default "You're Invited!"
Step 5: Save and Share
Click "Save Theme" to store your preferences. Then use the Share, Download, or Copy Link buttons to distribute your invitation.
Sharing Your Invitation
Once customized, you have three options:
Share Button
On mobile devices, opens the native share menu to send via WhatsApp, Messages, email, or any app. On desktop, downloads the image for manual sharing.
Download Button
Saves a high-quality PNG image (1200x1600 pixels) to your device. Perfect for:
- Posting on social media
- Adding to group chats
- Printing for physical display
- Including in email newsletters
Copy Link Button
Copies the RSVP link to your clipboard. Guests can click this link to respond directly.
Theme Persistence
Your theme choice is saved with your event. When you return to the invitation card page, your previously selected theme, font, and title are already applied.
This also means guests see consistent styling if you've applied a theme - the colors carry through to the RSVP page for a cohesive experience.
Tips for Great Invitations
Match the Mood
A formal wedding deserves the Wedding Elegant theme with the Elegant font. A kid's birthday party shines with Birthday Confetti and the Playful font.
Keep Titles Short
Custom titles display best when under 30 characters. Longer titles may wrap awkwardly on the card.
Test Before Sharing
Always click Download to see the final result before sending. What looks good in the preview will match the downloaded image.
Consider Your Audience
Corporate events may benefit from the Professional theme, while family gatherings feel warmer with Casual Relaxed.
Plan Availability
Invitation card customization is available on all plans, including Free. There are no restrictions on which themes or fonts you can use.
