JoinMyEvent Pricing: Free RSVPs, Pay Per Event If You Want a Clean Card

The short version: making invites and collecting RSVPs on JoinMyEvent is free. No monthly plan, no caps, no credit card to start.
You only pay if you want the small "Made on joinmyevent.co" credit removed from a card, and that's a one-time fee for that one event. If you host a lot, there are two passes that cover every event.
What's free
Everything you need to plan and run an event:
- Unlimited events, unlimited guests, unlimited RSVPs
- Guests reply with just their name. No account, no phone number, no app
- Plus-ones with names, custom questions (allergies, kids' names, meal choice)
- Potluck sign-up, so guests claim a dish while they reply
- A designed invitation card: colors, a photo, an emoji, a short animation
- A link and QR code you can share anywhere
- Calendar file for guests, event updates, a personal edit link for every guest
- A dashboard with the live headcount
- No ads, on any page, ever
Free cards carry a small "Made on joinmyevent.co" credit in the corner. That and the CSV export of your guest list are the only differences between free and paid.
What the credit stamp is
When you download or share your card, the free version has a small line of text at the bottom saying it was made on joinmyevent.co. Most guests won't notice it. If you'd rather have a clean card, you unlock that event.
You can unlock it any time from the event page, so you can wait until your RSVPs have come in. By then you know the event is happening and how the card looks.
What removing it costs

If you host often, two passes cover everything:
- Host Pass ($19.99 a year): unlimited clean cards, motion and CSV export for every event
- Lifetime ($149.99 once): the same, forever
CSV export (the guest list as a file for the caterer or the venue) comes with the per-event unlock, the Host Pass and Lifetime. Everything else stays free for everyone.
Why no monthly plans
I didn't want a subscription hanging over a one-off party. Most people host a few things a year, and paying every month to find out who's coming to your birthday felt wrong.
So the parts everyone needs are free without limits. You pay a small one-time fee only on the events where you want a clean card, and you can wait until the RSVPs are in. If you turn out to be a frequent host, a pass makes that flat.
